After spending ten years in human medicine, Rose began her veterinary career in 2002. Rose worked as a veterinary technician at RBVH in Tinton Falls until 2005, then spent the next decade at NorthStar Vets, where she passed the VTNE to become a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT). Following four years of clinical experience, Rose was promoted to Nursing Manager.

In 2016, Rose joined RBVH in Mount Laurel, where she currently serves as the Practice Manager. Rose has a deep passion for empowering her staff, helping them develop the skills needed to communicate effectively and advocate for themselves both within the practice and beyond.
